Gemz by Danube is a distinctive residential development located in Al Furjan, Jebel Ali First, Dubai, developed by Danube Properties. Launched in Q2 2022 and completed in March 2025, the project introduced a striking 16-storey tower defined by its signature pyramid-shaped architecture, quickly establishing itself as a recognisable landmark within the community.
